Our containers are designed and produced completely bespoke from the ground up to meet all size of generator power need with a list of options, that provide total flexibility. Our design team is fully experienced in the following engineering skills:

Heavy duty robustly constructed walk-in type designed to protect the generator from adverse weather conditions whilst providing sound attenuation and ventilation for the generator and associated equipment.
Containers are built in carbon steel (if requested certified for low ambient temperature) or in stainless steel, complete with corner lifting blocks, double and single acoustic doors with internal emergency release device, and external fittings in stainless steel. Containers are fully welded and with fully bunded sealed floor for containment of all fluids.
The standard noise level meet 85 dBA @ 1 mt, but we have experience and references for a noise level to meet 60 dBA @ 1 mt. Splitter attenuators, acoustic louvres gravity or motorised and exhaust silencer are always included.
Containers structural steel is shot blasted, pre-primed with zinc-rich primer and fully painted according to the highest standards and procedures with final colour at customer choice.
